As an industry consultant, I specialize in two major areas:
Organization Management – Developing effective operational teams through training and performance analysis. I am an advocate of continuous training and development. I provide my clients the resources to improve field, facility and plant personnel knowledge and effectiveness.
Field Optimization – I am skilled at identifying inefficiencies in field operations; providing solutions that will increase field efficiency, lower costs and potentially increase sales. This includes assisting with asset valuation, due diligence and technology implementation in the field.
